4-H Day and Resident Camp Requirements during COVID-19

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, additional measures must be taken to ensure the health and safety of those involved in 4-H day and resident camp programs across the state.
These measures reach beyond the existing policies and procedures contained in the 4-H Camp Safety Guidebook and the 4-H Camp Emergency Plan.

CDC Camp Decision Tree (PDF) - The purpose of this tool is to assist directors or administrators in making (re)opening decisions regarding youth programs and camps during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is important to check with state and local health officials and other partners to determine the most appropriate actions while adjusting to meet the unique needs and circumstances of the local community.
