California Science Teachers Assoc. conference
The California Science Teachers Association will hold their annual conference next October 21-23 in Pasadena. They have a call for workshops open now (deadline is March 7, 2011), and would like to receive workshop proposals on a variety of topics, including assessment, pedagogy, science literacy, technology, informal science, and others.

Frank can speak for CLCA on integrated pest management and when organic may not be the best solution. He can also address water issues relating to plant selection, turf costs, and compare 2 homes side by side and what the costs for these homes are to manage the landscape based on types of plants selected. Additional topics could also be available.
