Healthy living article

This 2010 article in BMC Public Health is an evaluation of a health promotion project in the Girl Scouts youth development program. The authors randomized Girl Scout troops to intervention or control and trained troop leaders to implement physical activity and healthy eating policies. BMI did not differ significantly between intervention and controls, but intervention troops reported more physical activity than controls.
