CA 4-H Learning and Development

eXtension Campus is the learning management system (LMS) for the California 4-H Youth Development Program. Many U.S. Cooperative Extension programs across the county including 4-H utilize this resource to provide on-demand, instructor-led, and blended classroom learning experience for staff, volunteers, and youth members.

To access the eXtension system and participate in online learning each individual will need to create their own eXtension account. The California Statewide Program has a network of support and self-help services available for those choosing to use this tool. Click on the buttons below to access the desired service or tool.

Featured New Course

The Presentation Evaluator Certification is designed to prepare individuals to evaluate California 4-H presentations accurately and consistently. This course consists of two parts:

Part 1: Presentation Evaluator Orientation Course (Opens 5-1-2021)

The orientation is designed to provide an overview of the presentation program while offering best practices on how to effectively complete a presentation evaluation assessment and provide written feedback.

Part 2: Presentation Format Calibration Certifications (Open 8-1-2021)

The Calibration Certifications offer individuals an opportunity to measure their level of evaluation expertise for each presentation format through a series of calibration exams.
