Food Service

The food service of camp entails all the elements dealing with food service and creates a vital backdrop for all activities.  Standards in food service assure that food is safe, healthy and add to a quality 4-H camp experience.  These standards contribute to promoting the health and well-being of all who participate. Food service also includes: camp cleanliness, menus, food service, staff dress, refrigeration, dish washing, food handling, and health department, state and county laws.
