Assessment: Business & Finance

The business and financial management of camp entails all the elements dealing with collecting, handling, and disbursing money. It also includes budgeting, oversight of funds, record keeping, auditing and reporting. The person(s) responsible for the business and finances of a camp are accountable for all fiduciary matters.
