|The 4-H Youth Development Program, which throughout its 100 years of existence has helped children and adolescents acquire the skills needed to succeed in life, is implementing a series of changes that will help serve new generations of Californians, says Lupita Fabregas, Deputy Director of Diversity and Expansion Program 4-H Division Agriculture and Natural Resources UC.||El Programa de Desarrollo Juvenil 4-H, que a lo largo de sus más de 100 años de existencia, ha ayudado a niños y adolescentes a adquirir las destrezas necesarias para tener éxito en la vida, está implementando una serie de cambios que ayudarán a servir mejor a las nuevas generaciones de californianos, según explica Lupita Fabregas, directora adjunta de Diversidad y Expansión del Programa 4-H de la División de Agricultura y Recursos Naturales de la UC.|
