Equine Field Day is an educational event planned by volunteers in the 4-H Equine Committee. It features workshops and speakers covering topics related to 4-H Equine projects.

Youth and adults are encouraged to attend (ages 8 and above recommended). You do not need to own a horse or be in 4-H to attend- all horse enthusiasts are welcome!

9:30-10:30 am - Registration

10:30-10:45 am - Welcome

10:45-11:30 am - SESSION 1

11:35 am-12:20 pm -  SESSION 2

12:20-1:10 pm - Lunch

1:15-2:00 pm -  SESSION 3

2:05-2:50 pm - SESSION 4

2:50-3:00 pm - Wrap-up

  • Educational Contests/Equine Outreach
  • Equine Program at MJC

LUNCH: You will be able to order a boxed lunch with your registration. Lunches will NOT be available for purchase on the day of the event.

$15 fee for 4-H Members and active 4-H Volunteers

$20 fee for non 4-H Members and Adults

Lunch

Order a box lunch by February 3 when you register. NOTE: Lunches will not be available for purchase on the day of the event. 

Box lunches will include

  • Sandwich (Ham, Cold Cut Combo, Spicy Italian, Veggie)
  • Chips
  • Cookie
  • Water 

Refunds: No refunds for any reason 

Registration after February 3: 

$20 fee for 4-H Members and active 4-H Volunteers

$25 fee for non 4-H Members and Adults

For walk-in registrants:

  • Only cash or checks will be accepted.
  • Please bring a completed and signed medical authorization form with you.
